Fee Structure
All fees include up to three hours of preparation time (reviewing briefs, pre-mediation calls, etc.), mediation time, reasonable follow-up, and administrative costs. Additional time is billed at $875 per hour. Unused time is non-refundable.

* Additional fees may apply for cases involving multiple separately represented parties or particularly complex issues.
Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon booking. Mediation dates are confirmed once full payment is received from all parties.
A non-refundable $500 administrative fee per separately represented party is included in all fees. Cancellations or continuances made 30 days or less prior to the scheduled mediation will result in forfeiture of the entire mediation fee unless the date can be filled with another matter.
Counsel contract for mediation services and are responsible for all fees.
Location Options
Video conference or in-person mediation available anywhere in California at no additional charge for travel. In-person mediations require adequate conference room space provided by counsel.
